  • The Hurdles of Becoming a Sheriff Deputy

    This weekend I was fortunate enough to be invited to "tryouts" for a team not most would really ever consider, being a Sheriff Deputy.  Like any job, there is a hiring process you have to go through and hurdles you have to jump to be considered as a Sheriff Deputy Candidate.  About six months ago, I had submitted my application for the Reserve Deputy Sheriff.  It wasn't until last week, when I received a letter in the mail inviting me to the physical abilities test and exam.     Aspartame has long been touted as the healthy alternative to sugar when in reality it is way more dangerous to your health than any amount of sugar.  It is made up of three chemicals, aspartic acid, Phenylalanine and Methanol/wood alcohol.  The methanol breaks down into formaldehyde a chemical used to embalm dead bodies!  It has a very low rate of excretion so once it is absorbed it staysfor quite some time.  Phenylalanine can cause brain damage, and erratic mood swings.
