We witnessed triumph and failure, tears of joy and pain, and most importantly courage and determination in the last prestigious event of Winter Olympics held in Canada. Sports are definitely positive channels, which we can add to enhance our lifestyles. It doesn’t choose color, age, or social status to bequeath its wonderful effects to personal growth and wellness.

So for the next time winter comes around, we might as well think of trying skiing in Mammoth Mountain, California or skate in the icy field of Central Park.
